Partnering with Rich Kraemer Aviation out of Miami, FL, we shot aerial footage all across the US including spectacular mountain and glacier filming over Denali, Kenai Peninsula, and the inland passage. Other locations included the Grand Canyon, Sierra Nevada mountain range, the Tetons, Mt. Rainier, the Wind River Range, the Florida Keys, and many others. As a glider instructor I partnered with David Treinis and Burt Compton to produce a series of videos called “Discover Gliders” and “Discover Soaring” and glider safety videos for the Soaring Safety Foundation.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to expand into other areas of production while always maintaining my commitment to producing programs that make a difference. This has led to helping many corporations improve the safety of their work environments and employees, and more effective crew training for several airlines. I have had the great fortune to produce documentaries and shorts on powerful subjects such as conscious dying, and worldwide cultural awareness, environmental sustainability, and sharing the gift of music through artist videos and profiles.
In association with Tremendous! Entertainment www.tremendousinc.com I have traveled internationally and shot programs for Travel Channel, and directed and edited numerous direct to DVD educational and entertaining programs.
With the technology trends moving towards digital downloads and streaming media, I am constantly researching and learning about the latest equipment and techniques in production and incorporate them into everything we do at Hi-Fly’n Productions.
Telling stories is truly a great adventure and I enjoy every minute of it, all the great people I meet, the amazing places it takes me, and the important and wonderful causes I get to learn about with every production.
